Subscriptions & Billing

Managing Your Treatment Orders

Verge does not use subscriptions or auto-renewals. You purchase treatment upfront for each supply period, and each time you want more medication, you place a new order manually through your patient portal.

How Ordering Works

Verge offers 1-month and 3-month treatment plans. The full amount for your selected plan is due at checkout. Because there are no automatic renewals, you won't be charged again until you decide to place your next order.

How to Reorder Medication

  1. Go to StartVerge.com

  2. Navigate to your medication page using the top menu

  3. Select your plan and add to cart

  4. Log in and complete checkout

We recommend ordering approximately 20 days after your last order to allow time for provider review, pharmacy processing, and shipping.

Requesting a Dose Change

If you want a dose adjustment, contact the clinical team through your patient portal's message center before placing your next order. Wait for their confirmation before checking out so your updated dose is documented in your prescription.

Canceling an Order

Processing begins immediately after you submit your order. Here's what you can expect:

  • Before provider review: Contact support immediately—a full refund may be possible

  • After provider review: A cancellation fee of up to $50 may apply

  • After pharmacy processing: Cancellations are rarely possible—compounded medications cannot be returned

Email [email protected] immediately with your order number. Only cancellations confirmed directly by Verge are valid.

Stopping and Restarting Treatment

Since there are no subscriptions, you can pause by simply not reordering. If you restart after an extended gap, you'll need to complete a new intake questionnaire and a provider will re-evaluate your eligibility and appropriate starting dose.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final after your prescription is approved and transmitted to the pharmacy. Compounded medications cannot be returned once dispensed.
