Changing Your Shipping Address
Your medication ships to the address on file with your account. Here's what you need to know about updating it and when changes can still be made.
When You Can Update Your Address
You can update your shipping address before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. Once your prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the address cannot be changed for that order—the medication is already being prepared for delivery to the address on file.
How to Update Your Address
To update your shipping address for future orders:
Log into your patient portal at app.startverge.com
Go to your account settings
Update your shipping address
If you have an active order already in progress and need to change the address before it ships, contact support immediately at [email protected]. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance of making the change before pharmacy processing begins.
Why Addresses Matter
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are one of the most common causes of delivery delays and failed shipments. When placing an order, verify:
Your full street address including apartment number if applicable
The correct city, state, and zip code
That your billing and shipping addresses are not confused—these may differ
Your state matters. Because prescription medications are regulated by state law, your shipping address must be in a state where your treatment is available and where the pharmacy is licensed to ship. If your address changes to a different state, contact support before reordering.
If Your Package Was Shipped to the Wrong Address
If your order shipped to an incorrect address, contact support immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the package has already shipped, we will coordinate with the carrier and pharmacy to determine next steps—in some cases a replacement order may be needed.
To prevent this from happening, double-check your shipping address at checkout every time you reorder.
