How to Use Your Patient Portal

Your patient portal at app.startverge.com is where you manage your treatment, view orders, communicate with your care team, and track everything related to your care. This guide walks through what's in the portal and how to use it.

Accessing Your Portal

Log in at app.startverge.com using the email address and password you created during checkout. If you've forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page.

What's in the Portal

Orders

Your orders section shows all current and past medication orders. For each order you can see:

  • The current order status (pending, approved, sent to pharmacy, shipped, delivered)

  • Tracking information once your order has shipped

  • Order details including medication and dose

If your order requires action from you—such as completing a form or responding to your provider—it will be flagged here.

Messages / Message Center

The message center is where you communicate with your clinical team. This is the primary channel for:

  • Requesting dose changes before reordering

  • Asking clinical questions about your medication or side effects

  • Responding to your provider or clinical team when they reach out

  • Providing documentation requested for your prescription

If you want to request a dose change, contact the clinical team through the message center before placing your next order. Wait for their reply and confirmation before reordering, so your dose increase is properly documented.

Visits

Your visits section shows your provider consultations and medical reviews. Visits represent the clinical review that happens when your provider evaluates your questionnaire and determines if treatment is appropriate.

Account Settings

Manage your personal information, payment method, and shipping address from your account settings. If you need to update your shipping address, do so before your next order is sent to the pharmacy.

How to Reorder Medication

  1. Go to StartVerge.com

  2. Navigate to your medication page using the top menu

  3. Select your plan and add to cart

  4. Log in and complete checkout

We recommend ordering approximately 20 days after your last order to allow time for provider review, pharmacy fulfillment, and shipping.

Getting Help

For most clinical questions—dose changes, medication concerns, side effects—use the message center in your portal to contact the clinical team directly.

For logistics questions—order tracking, billing, address updates, account issues—you can reach customer support by:

  • Using the chat bubble on the website

  • Messaging through your portal
