How the Process Works

Checkout

Select your treatment and complete checkout on our website. At this stage:

• A pending authorization is placed on your card

• You are not charged yet

This allows us to move quickly once your medical review is complete.

Complete Your Medical Questionnaire

After checkout, you'll complete a secure medical intake form. This includes:

• Your health history

• Current medications

• Treatment goals

This step is required so a licensed medical provider can evaluate whether treatment is appropriate for you.

Provider Review

A licensed medical provider reviews your submitted information. They will:

• Determine if treatment is appropriate

• Select your starting dose if approved

Our process is asynchronous, which means:

• No live appointment is required

• Everything is reviewed digitally

• You can complete the process on your own schedule

Approval & Payment

If approved:

• Your payment is captured

• Your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for processing

If not approved:

• The pending authorization is automatically released

• You are not charged

Pharmacy Fulfillment

Once approved, the pharmacy begins preparing your medication.

Because compounded medications are made to order:

• Preparation takes time

• Orders are processed in the order they are received

This step includes pharmacy review, compounding, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Shipping

Once your order is ready, it ships directly to your door.

Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from approval to delivery.

You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
